The Yankees are reportedly shopping Gleyber Torres to clear their infield logjam, and there’s one opportunity that’s flying right under the radar. What if general manager Brian Cashman used trading Torres as a vehicle for also moving Isiah Kiner-Falefa? Maybe offer two infielders for the price of one prospect as opposed to two? Granted, this … Continued

This feels like a great time to share the following quote from the movie, Moneyball: We’re all told at some point in time that we can no longer play the children’s game, we just don’t… don’t know when that’s gonna be. Some of us are told at eighteen, some of us are told at forty, … Continued

A new day always brings new opportunities. And if you’re associated with the Nets, it’s another chance to show you’re fed up with Ben Simmons’ lack of durability. Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner spoke glowingly about Aaron Rodgers. Will the star quarterback come to Florham Park?
All signs are pointing to Aaron Hicks being the Yankees’ Opening Day left fielder. Could Giants general manager Joe Schoen extend the contracts of Dexter Lawrence, Andrew Thomas, and others this offseason?
Giants quarterback Daniel Jones has gone on quite the roller coaster between last April and now. Thanks to the Giants declining his fifth-year option in the spring, he’s about to get paid handsomely after … Continued
There are lots of people annoyed that Arte Moreno has decided against selling the Los Angeles Angels. I don’t think you can count Mets owner Steve Cohen as one of them. Moreno sticking around makes it less likely for an extension to get done with Shohei Ohtani before he hits free agency next winter. And, … Continued

The Jets have hired Nathaniel Hackett as their new offensive coordinator. And look, he is certainly qualified. It is a reasonable decision. A lot of great things happened for the Giants this past season. There probably wasn’t a “make the playoffs and win a road game” on many 2022 NFL Bingo cards, but that’s exactly what went down. At the beginning of the 2022-23 NBA regular season, would you have thought Kyrie Irving would be angling for a contract extension from the Nets right now? Who could play quarterback for the Jets in what should be a crucial 2023 season?
James Dolan and Madison Square Garden may actually have to answer for their creepy and vindictive use of facial-recognition technology now. New York Attorney General Letitia James has called MSG on the carpet. Her office published a letter Wednesday that requests MSG provide information on its company policy barring “adversarial” attorneys from its venues. From the … Continued
While it ended in embarrassing fashion, the Giants’ 2022 season was quite remarkable considering the circumstances. It was Year 1 for general manager Joe Schoen and head coach Brian Daboll. At 6’7″, 282 pounds, Aaron Judge probably has a pretty sizable bubble gum budget. We’re talking three Costco-sized bags, minimum.
