Noah Syndergaard and the rest of the New York Mets pitchers are hungry for the season to start.

Now that the World Baseball Classic is over, everyone, including the New York Mets pitchers, are hungry for the season to start.

Major League Baseball recently released an ad to get fans excited about the upcoming season. The ad titled, “This Season on Baseball,” highlights some of baseball’s biggest stars getting ready for the season.

In the ad, Mike Trout is seen lifting tractor tires, Clayton Kershaw breaking radar guns, Giancarlo Stanton allegedly hitting 600-foot home runs, Bryce Harper taking an ice bath and Mets pitchers Noah Syndergaard, Steven Matz, Jacob deGrom and Matt Harvey enjoying a preseason meal at a fine dining establishment.

Thor decided to take to Twitter to showcase his desire to get this brand-spanking new campaign underway:

“The excitement that the young talent emerging across Major League Baseball brings to the game is really being felt right now,” MLB Chief Operating Officer Tony Petitti said. “MLB is must-see entertainment with new heroes, stars and stories developing every day and this new creative campaign captures the energy by getting fans excited to watch it all unfold while showcasing our top players and rising stars.”

Can the baseball season just start already? We are all hungry for the summer of 2017 get here and we might die from starvation if we have to wait any longer. At least the Mets pitchers won’t die from starvation waiting for the season to start.
