Holley Mangold, sister of Nick of the New York Jets, decides to get in on the Box Jump fad that J.J. Watt and others have made popular.

Today we already witnessed such a breathe of fresh air when it comes to athletic dominance when New York Mets pitcher Bartolo Colon did his thing today against the Marlins.

While his prowess doesn’t come close to competing with guys like J.J. Watt, for example, it might rival Holley Mangold’s take on the box jump.

Holley, who is the sister of New York Jets center Nick Mangold, is an Olympic Weightlifter. To be frank, she’s a girl who would whoop your ass up and down the street, front-side and backwards.

Today, she decided to throw her hat in the ring as “master box jumper:”

Touche’ Holley.

You see this Watt?
