New York Jets wide receiver Quincy Enunwa gets recognized for his work off the field. Plus an injury report for Jets vs Broncos on Sunday.
There’s a huge game on Sunday for the New York Jets in Week 14 of the 2017 NFL season. The Denver Broncos are on an eight-game losing streak and the Jets would love to keep their slim playoff hopes alive.
Well, we’ve got great news on that front, thanks to the official Twitter account of the New York Jets.

Great news that one of the Jets’ biggest playmakers will be a go for the road trip to Denver in Robby Anderson. According to sources I spoke with, that was very much up in the air due to the hamstring tweak, but he’s now a full go.
An argument could be made that Anderson would’ve never reached his full potential with a healthy Quincy Enunwa this season. Of course Q will be welcomed back with open arms next season, pending a healthy return from his neck injury.
In the meantime, Enunwa is making an impact off the field with his charitable work and thus has been nominated as the Jets’ Walter Payton Man of the Year Nominee.

While a special feliz cumpleaños is in order for a fan favorite in safety Victor Green! Also the birthday wishes should be also extended to Alabama rookie WR ArDarius Stewart!

The Jets seem well stocked at the wide receiver position in the present and moving forward. That wasn’t the perception heading into this season. When the Jets cut Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker, most had concerns, myself included.
The trilogy of Enunwa, Jermaine Kearse, and Anderson should be more than good enough for now, while the Jets have two promising youngsters developing in Stewart and Chad Hansen. Look for the Jets to address other needs during free agency and the 2018 NFL Draft.
While one last nugget, a very funny moment in the Jets’ press conference for head coach Todd Bowles who seems safely off any hot seat in 2017.
