New York Yankees catcher Gary Sanchez took a day from his offseason to help prepare sandwiches at Bullpen Deli by Yankee Stadium.I know what all New York Yankees‘ fans are thinking: keep away from the slicer!
Taking a day off in what is an encouraging offseason for young the phenom, Gary Sanchez prepared sandwiches at Bullpen Deli by Yankee Stadium.
Last season, Sanchez had a historic burst onto the major league scene by crushing 18 home runs in his first 45 career games — becoming the fastest rookie in baseball history to reach the 18 home run mark.
So, if you want a young stud to prepare your hungry man this afternoon, hit up the Bullpen Deli as soon as you can.
This is part of the Yankees’ “Winter Warm-up” in which players open up to the community through either an event like this or unique interviews with the YES Network.
On Tuesday, announcer Ryan Ruocco will be chatting it up with top prospect Clint Frazier in part of warm-up on Tuesday at the Hard Rock Cafe at Yankee Stadium.
