Daniel Murphy, Jacob deGrom, Noah Syndergaard, Jeurys Familia – the list of heroes for the New York Mets during this 2015 MLB Postseason goes on and on.

They are the first reason fans point to as why the Amazin’s are just one game away from clinching their first NL Pennant since 2000.

While they’ve been phenomenal – especially Murphy who’s been other worldly – it’ll be the young New York-native who’ll look to become the newest Mets hero. Steven Matz will take the ball from Terry Collins in Game 4 of the NLCS. He’ll oppose Jason Hammel and the Chicago Cubs.
