New York Mets

After a dominating performance from Noah Syndergaard yesterday, the New York Mets send ace Matt Harvey out there against the D-Backs.

Bad news came in the form of rookie phenom Steven Matz partially tearing his lat muscle the other day. For the New York Mets, it’s the same story, different day.

Luckily though, they’re still equipped with the best young rotation in MLB.

Matt Harvey (7-6, 3.11 ERA) will head to the mound against Patrick Corbin (1-0, 3.60 ERA) in Saturday’s 4:10 pm ET first pitch against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Speaking of this solid young rotation, Noah Syndergaard displayed exactly why it’s so hyped yesterday, striking out 13 D-Backs:
