The New York Yankees begin a three-game set at Fenway Park tonight against the Boston Red Sox while Brett Gardner celebrates All-Star nod.

The fact that New York Yankees outfielder Brett Gardner can now celebrate the fact that he owns a jersey with his name on the back of it is something we can all appreciate.

Gardy was named an AL All-Star after Kansas City Royals outfielder Alex Gordon was recently injured. The Yanks will send Michael Pineda (8-5, 3.79 ERA) will be put up against Clay Buccholz (7-6, 3.27 ERA) in the first game of a three-game set against the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park tonight.
