During the second-inning of today’s New York Yankees game against the Astros, Sabathia needed to be held back after A-Rod plunking.

Who says Alex Rodriguez is disliked within his own clubhouse?
During today’s game between the New York Yankees and the Houston Astros, things got a little out of hand. New York put up four-runs in the first and two-runs in the second, leaving Astros starting pitcher Brett Oberholtzer quite distressed.
Instead of battling back, Oberholtzer decided to plunk A-Rod with an inside belt-high fastball with the score 6-0 in favor of the Yanks.
This left C.C. Sabathia also quite distressed.
As you can see, Sabathia charged out of the dugout in defense of his teammate. If it hadn’t been for manager Joe Girardi, Sabathia and Oberholtzer would’ve squared off right there on that mound.
Even with Oberholtzer immediately getting tossed, Houston has since scored six-runs to tie the game up as they play on in the seventh-inning.
