Brooklyn Nets superstar point guard Kyrie Irving was seen handing out $100 bills to kids in Chicago this past weekend.

The Brooklyn Nets concluded their five-game road trip with a matchup against the struggling Chicago Bulls this past Saturday. Superstar point guard Kyrie Irving didn’t play in the game due to injury. However, that didn’t stop him from showing love on the streets of Chicago.

TMZ spotted Irving handing out $100 bills to kids in Chicago which, obviously, the individuals on the street loved.

It seems as if Irving is doing this in front of a bus, which could be the bus the Nets used while in The Windy City for the weekend. However, that’s not exactly clear.

A shoulder injury sidelined Irving for the game, one in which the Nets won 117-111 for their fifth victory of the year. They’re now 5-7, sitting in ninth place in the Eastern Conference. Guard Caris LeVert was also out with a thumb injury, one that’ll keep him sidelined for an extended period of time.

With both Irving and LeVert out, the Nets were led by Spencer Dinwiddie and Garrett Temple at the guard spots. Dinwiddie led the squad with 24 points. He also racked up one rebound and four assists in 30 minutes.

Forward Joe Harris, who played a team-high 35 points, racked up 22 points, four rebounds, and a team-high eight assists in the win.

After a five-game road trip, the Nets will begin a three-game homestand on Monday night. Brooklyn takes on the 7-6 Indiana Pacers at 7:30 p.m. ET at the Barclays Center.
