On Tuesday night, the first pitch at the Chicago White Sox game takes 50 Cent off the hook for his horrid New York Mets effort years ago.
Dear, 50 Cent: take a bow. Make it a mini one (for your memorable Flushing act will not soon be forgotten); but take a mini bow, nonetheless.
On the Tuesday after Memorial Day 2019, one unlucky individual smashed the “worst first-pitch” record.
Prior to the Chicago White Sox-Kansas City Royals game, the reported White Sox employee of the month threw out the first pitch. She promptly hit the cameraman.
Let's just say there was some shaky command on tonight's ceremonial first pitch at Guaranteed Rate Field.#Royals | #WhiteSox pic.twitter.com/c3YT5YsH3o

Remember when presidents and important figures would throw out the first pitch from the stands? Perhaps, like many things in this increasingly frustrating world, they had it right the first time.
50 Cent agrees. Here’s his gem of a first pitch at Citi Field several years back:
Without the cameraman concussion, 50 Cent’s would probably prevail. No, he didn’t actually suffer a concussion. In fact, he provided an update shortly after the worst first pitch in history.
Happy to report that both myself and the camera are okay ?? https://t.co/Pu04xYY7Z8

The New York Mets-50 Cent first pitch will never be forgotten, but the Chicago White Sox lady will live in this category for all-time.
