LeBron James usually doesn’t meet much resistance when he attacks the rim, but the Brooklyn Nets’ Jarrett Allen isn’t afraid.

From time to time, someone puts Jarrett Allen on a poster. It happens to every rim protector in the NBA. That being said, Allen isn’t afraid to go toe-to-toe with the best guys in the league at the rim. On Tuesday night, LeBron James was the Brooklyn Nets center’s latest victim.

As James goes up for a thunderous dunk in the Barclays Center, he was met with a rude response from the second-year center. Allen is averaging 1.4 blocks per game and he’s developing a rotation as a very capable shot blocker.

Anytime James and the Lakers come to town, it’s a big game. D’Angelo Russell has another shot at revenge against his former team as well.

This probably won’t be the only time James and Allen. There’s no doubt that LeBron will be looking to avenge his earlier defeat to Allen.
