Is it too late to qualify for the Winter Olympics? ⛷

A post shared by Giancarlo Stanton (@giancarlo818) on

The weather is frigid in New York but Giancarlo Stanton will make you sweat with his latest Instagram video, highlighting his early training for the New York Yankees season.

One of the most brutal winter storms is currently hijacking the entire country of heat. Naturally, all we would want to do is sit inside with a drink on hand, cozying up to the fire and watching playoff football.

Well, not Giancarlo Stanton. The newly acquired New York Yankees outfielder has been getting ready for the regular season and he didn’t let the weather slow him down.

I mean, we knew Stanton was absolutely ridiculous but this is a whole other level of insanity. I am surprised the machine hasn’t snapped in half yet.

When you see Starlin Castro running around in the sand and then we see Stanton doing this, I think we definitely see which side definitely won that trade.

Acquired by the Yankees on Dec. 11, the reigning NL MVP launched a career-high 59 home runs last season, as well as recording a career-high .631 slugging percentage with the Miami Marlins. Oh, he also drove in 132 RBIs, despite the Marlins going 77-85 on the season and failing to fill their stadium on numerous occasions.

Well, if he keeps training like that, he’s guaranteed to be playing in front of sellout crowds every single night. It looks like he’s ready to take on the bright lights of the Bronx.

And no, he’s not drenched in sweat. He is drenched in all the tears of all other major league baseball franchises that realize they will likely have to face him in the same lineup as Aaron Judge and Gary Sanchez.

And me? I’m crying tears of joy because that is a dream that has turned into a reality.

Stanton, we’re ready for you. And I guarantee you ladies and gentleman alike are salivating over this video. Thank you for sharing.
