In a scene straight out of the mid-90s, O.J. Simpson and his former attorney, F. Lee Bailey, decided to grab a bite to eat on Monday night.
Forget throwback jerseys—disgraced NFL Hall of Fame running back O.J. Simpson had a throwback dinner in Las Vegas Monday night.
“The juice” had dinner with his former criminal defense attorney F. Lee Baily at the Palms Hotel in Vegas. Bailey was part of the legal team that helped get Simpson acquitted in the murder of his wife Nicole Brown-Simpson in 1995. Apparently, O.J likes to party like it’s 1995.
Did the Juice not get the memo that it’s 2017 or does he just like living in the past?
Simpson was recently released from prison after spending the past nine years behind bars after being convicted of a 2007 robbery of two memorabilia dealers at a Vegas casino. Bailey, on the other hand, was disbarred in 2001 and is reportedly broke, according to TMZ.
I’m guessing Bailey didn’t pick up the check, and I can’t help but wonder if he was offering some free legal advice in exchange for the meal.
