Former Yankees’ DH Alex Rodriguez gives up homer to daughter (Video)

Despite a sudden retirement in 2016, former New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez is still playing the game of baseball with his daughter.

Former New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez took to Twitter on Wednesday to show his followers how it seems like his daughter has taken over his power skills with a Wiffle ball bat.

His daughter approached the plate (which was a hula-hoop) to the introduction of her father who was the one pitching to her.

She made contact on the first pitch Alex threw to her, but then she launched the next one which was followed up by a good old-fashioned bat which could compete with Jose Bautista.

The caption A-Rod posted the video with was “#Ella #Slugger #MyEraJustWentUp”.

Maybe with the Yankees new movement with young talent, the Bronx Bombers can keep the Rodriguez bloodline in pinstripes by attempting to recruit this Wiffle ball slugger to the Bronx.
