For many athletes, the offseason is a time to rest, but this is not the case with New York Yankees top prospect Clint Frazier.

New York Yankees top prospect Clint Frazier took to Twitter Tuesday afternoon to show his followers the work that he is currently putting in for the upcoming season.

In the video, Frazier repeatedly throws a medicine ball at the wall and catches it while showing off his massive arms at the same time. No surprise that the 22-year old is putting in hard work this offseason since if he proves himself in Triple-A in the first half of next season he could very possibly see himself in pinstripes as soon as 2017.

Frazier was the key piece to a 2016 deadline deal that sent Andrew Miller to Cleveland and brought a huge haul of young talent to New York. Since arriving in New York, the outfielder has made quite the name for himself by asking out model Jen Selter as well as attempting to recruit Bryce Harper to the bombers.

Now, though, he’s focussed on achieving his life goal:

The right-handed slugger is currently ranked as the No. 15 prospect in all of baseball according to MLB Pipeline with an MLB ETA of 2017. With that being said, fans should expect Frazier and his serious workouts making their way to the Bronx in the near future.
