Chicago Cubs Make Memorable ‘SNL’ Appearance (Video)

Anthony Rizzo, Dexter Fowler, and David Ross of the Chicago Cubs appeared on ‘SNL’ with the legend himself, Bull Murray.

You know the deal. It goes down this way anytime a champion is crowned in this great country of ours.

Prior to the offseason actually starting, the victory tour seemingly lasts forever.

First was the Chicago Cubs 2016 World Series Champions parade fit for a king. Then came the announcement that they’ll visit the White House, as all champs do. Now, it’s time for airtime. More specifically airtime on Saturday Night Live.

Anthony Rizzo, Dexter Fowler, and David Ross appeared on SNL with Bill Murray and performed a few numbers.

Obviously, they belted out their own unique version of “Go, Cubs, Go,” written by Steve Goodman during the year of 1984.

If that wasn’t enough, the trio got down and dirty with a strip session:

To top the entire night off, SNL was hosted by longtime cast member Dana Carvey, who brought back The Church Lady:

It was certainly an SNL to remember.
