Let me guess. You simply cannot wait to discuss Ryan Fitzpatrick some more.Right?
Sarcasm aside, it’s easy to spot a New York Jets fan who’s had enough of this Ryan Fitzpatrick-Geno Smith discussion. At the first sign of the words QB and/or Jets, they become extremely irritable and agitated. They start cursing out that money grubbing Fitz or that average succeeding Geno.
But, ah…the Jets haven’t always had to deal with this ridiculous controversy at the position.
Once upon a time, believe it or not, they were blessed with one of the best QBs in NFL history in Joe Namath. They were also blessed to possess a few other goodies sprinkled in along the way.
