New York Yankees’ Greg Bird’s Bobblehead Is A Literal Bird

New York Yankees

New York Yankees first base prospect Greg Bird’s stint on the disabled list did not stop the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Railriders from establishing this hysterical souvenir in his name’s honor.

[sc name=”Christian Kouroupakis” ]Oh, have you not heard? It was my understanding that everyone has heard the Bird is the word.

In case you haven’t, the New York Yankees‘ Triple-A affiliate made sure that everyone who went to PNC field last night caught on.

The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Railriders gave away Greg Bird bobbleheads on Friday comically featuring their highly regarded first base prospect as a bird emerging from an egg and my goodness is it incredible.

Despite the fact that he will miss the entire season due to a torn labrum in his right shoulder, no one who received this magnificent bobblehead missed out on the opportunity to take home “Egg Bird.”

So, when people ask you where birds come from you can tell them that they come from eggs and now when they ask where Greg Bird came from? Your answer can remain the same.
