For Brook Lopez and the Brooklyn Nets, Thursday night proved to just be another one in this miserable 2015-16 NBA campaign they’re running through.
Doug McDermott poured in 25 points while Jimmy Butler added 22 in helping the Chicago Bulls to the convincing 118-102 victory at the United Center.
The win was important in the scheme of the Eastern Conference playoff race for Chicago.
From a Nets perspective, Bojan Bogdanovic backed u his amazing 44-point night from two nights ago with another 26 on 10-of-17 shooting tonight. Thaddeus Young chipped in with 16.
Next up for Brooklyn will be the Pistons in Detroit on Saturday night.
