New York Mets young gun Noah Syndergaard recently had a little fun with fans as he led them to believe he was chopping off those famous locks of his.

Along with his dynamic, hard throwing stuff, New York Mets rookie starter Noah Syndergaard also endeared himself to the fans with his unique long hair.
Syndergaard knew it so he decided to pull a little joke with his fans.
Through his Instagram account, he posted a picture of himself sitting in a salon chair on Wednesday and then captioned it with a “Guess what time it is….”
Syndergaard whose nickname goes by “Thor” then kept the joke for up to five hours and followed it with another photo with a note of “Just kidding.”
Apparently Syndergaard pretended that he was going to cut off his long hair through this joke, almost bringing dismay to most of the Mets fans who’ve been big fans of him through his looks.
We all know how hard Syndergaard throws and he is the hardest thrower in the game now. Now fans come to know how much of a jokester Thor is, nearly putting some scare into them. As long he pitches well and has fun, he will be more of a icon here.
