The intergalactic, out of this world Odell Beckham, Jr., a game-time decision with a hamstring injury suffered in last Sunday night’s victory over the San Francisco 49ers, opened Monday night’s scoring for the New York Giants, down 17-7 to the Philadelphia Eagles heading into the half.

To the delight of countless movie buffs and sci-fi fanatics everywhere is yet another intergalactic occurrence: the international debut of the Star Wars: The Force Awakens full-length trailer, airing during halftime of ESPN’s Monday Night Football broadcast.

Disney and Lucasfilm already released two teaser trailers on Thanksgiving weekend last year and this past May, both of which aired via YouTube to much fanfare.

Monday night’s trailer is releasing almost two months to the day that Episode VII is ultimately released in  theaters on December 18, a day after director JJ Abrams’s studio leaked the film’s final theatrical movie poster, on the same day that Fandango is selling pre-ordered tickets to the general public.
