New Jersey Devils forward Kyle Palmieri continues to make a difference off the ice while supporting those who dedicate their lives to protect America.

Since joining the New Jersey Devils in 2015, Jersey fans are most familiar with Kyle Palmieri doing his part on the ice for the red and black to succeed. However, the New Jersey native is also contributing away from the rink and in a considerable way.

In 2016, Palmieri began a military recognition program called Squad21, which recently blossomed into The Kyle Palmieri Foundation. The non-profit’s goal is “to give back to the patriots who put their lives on the line to preserve our freedoms as Americans.”

The three-time 20-goal scorer with New Jersey took his cause one step further after the foundation officially announced a partnership with Tag the Flag for the month of November 2019.

According to Tag The Flag’s official press release, “Tag The Flag will be donating $1 to The Kyle Palmieri Foundation for every person that signs up for Tag The Flag’s daily briefing, ‘America’s Newsletter’, up to $1,000.”

Additionally, “Tag The Flag will also be seeking matching contributions to increase the total amount raised. Those interested can sign-up for Tag The Flag’s newsletter on their website: www.tagtheflag.co.”

Tag The Flag is a “multi-media brand dedicated to uniting our country.” The brand’s message is “through beautiful pictures of the one symbol that unites us all: the American Flag.”

As for Palmieri, his cause hits home – his sister and brother-in-law serve our country in the National Guard and U.S. Army.
