Heading into Week 7 of the NFL season, look to exploit the awful teams around the league in Daily Fantasy Football.

To win a big tournament in Daily Fantasy Sports, it’s vital to hit on value plays and this week screams value at mid-tier prices. Win the week by taking advantage of these favorable matchups.

Quarterbacks:

Kyler Murray @ New York Giants $6,700

My boy Kyler Murray hasn’t disappointed over the past two weeks. He has scored at least 16 fantasy points in every game this year. When choosing a quarterback, a safe floor (16-plus fantasy points in every game) and a high ceiling (31 fantasy points was his high on the year). The Giants are giving 22 fantasy points per game against quarterbacks and with Murray’s ability to run, he should have no problem scoring around 25 or more this week. Pair Murray with David Johnson ($7,800).

Josh Allen vs. Miami Dolphins $6,500

The Miami Dolphins are giving up the second-most fantasy points to quarterbacks on the season (25 per game). Josh Allen has shown in the past that he can be the highest-scoring quarterback of any week and that could be true against the lowly Dolphins this week.

Other plays I like: Aaron Rodgers $6,400, Daniel Jones $6,100 or Gardner Minshew II $5,400

Running Backs:

Dalvin Cook @ Detroit Lions $8,000

The Detroit Lions are giving up an average of 20 fantasy points per game to opposing running backs this year. They just gave up a combined 35 fantasy points to Green Bay Packer backs last week and Dalvin Cook is on another level talent-wise compared to them.

Last week, he gave up some carries to Alexander Mattison because the game got out of hand against the Philadelphia Eagles. Cook has scored 27 or more fantasy points in four out of six games this season and this game should stay close which means a heavy workload.

Josh Jacobs @ Green Bay Packers $5,000

Josh Jacobs is priced too low against a Green Bay defense that is averaging 23 fantasy points per game against running backs. Jacobs saw 29 touches last week and he should be in for a heavy workload once again. He has nobody to take any touches away either. At a $5,000 price tag with an elite matchup, there is no reason to avoid Jacobs this week.

Other plays I like: Saquon Barkley $8,900 or Leonard Fournette $7,000

Wide Receivers

Cooper Kupp @ Atlanta Falcons $7,400

Cooper Kupp is human! He only scored five fantasy points last week. However, this game will be a shootout and the Atlanta Falcons are giving up points to everybody. Kupp thrives in games when his quarterback, Jared Goff, has elite matchups. This is one of those matchups.

Other top-priced receivers have either injury problems or face tough matchups. If you decide to pay up at wide receiver this week, go with Kupp considering the matchup and his high number of targets.

T.Y. Hilton vs. Houston Texans $5,900

It’s rare to see a No. 1 wideout in a good matchup, and at this low price. T.Y. Hilton is Jacoby Brissett’s go-to target. This game has sneaky shootout potential and if the Colts have a big game offensively, it will be because of Hilton breaking some big plays.

Other plays I like: Allen Robinson $5,500, John Brown $5,500 or Mike Williams $4,600

Tight Ends

Darren Waller @ Green Bay Packers $4,700

Darren Waller should be the No. 2 option in the Oakland Raiders offense behind Josh Jacobs. Tyrell Williams hasn’t practiced this week and it’s looking like he will miss this week’s game.

Waller should see a high target share and at his low price, he’s the top option this week at tight end. On paper, this looks like a tough matchup and the Packers defense has only given up four fantasy points per game to tight ends.

However, that is misleading because five out of those six teams, don’t feature the tight end in their offense. The one tight end who is in a similar role (Zach Ertz) had seven receptions and 65 yards. If Waller finds the endzone, he could be looking at a 20-point game.

Hunter Henry @ Tennessee Titans $4,000

Hunter Henry came back from injury and went absolutely bonkers. He went off for 33 fantasy points (8/100/2) and he is the Chargers top option when they reach the red zone. The Titans are a bottom-six defense against tight ends and with his high target share in the offense, he should be a lock and load this week.

Other plays I like: Evan Engram $6,500 or T.J. Hockenson $3,600

Defenses

Buffalo Bills vs. Miami Dolphins $4,300

They are going against the Miami Dolphins. Opposing defenses against the Dolphins have scored an average of 16 fantasy points per game. Hmmm, that’s a lot. The Bills are a top-five defense in the league against the worst team in football. Sign me up.

San Francisco 49ers @ Washington Redskins $4,100

Talk about an out-of-nowhere defense this season. They have given up a total of 10 points over the past two games and the Rams and Browns are a lot better than the Redskins. There are two great options at defense this week, either one should score over 15 fantasy points this week.

Other plays I like: Chicago Bears $3,000 or Los Angeles Rams $2,700

I love fantasy sports more than you love most things in life. I am great at giving fantasy advice because if it doesn't work out, it's the players fault not mine. I love to help others with their fantasy sports questions and instead of following politics or other important topics that are going on in the world, I do fantasy research. Let me help you guys win your leagues and in daily sports.
