Check out the New Jersey Devils top tweets from the month of August of a very busy 2018 summer.

Similar to July, the month of August was just as quiet for the New Jersey Devils. Yes, Martin Brodeur rejoined the organization with an executive vice president role, but other than that, Jersey’s team remained silent.

ESNY takes a look back at the top New Jersey Devils tweets from August. The posts aren’t just from the team’s official Twitter account, either.

There are a handful of tweets from dedicated fans that more than likely also used the hashtag #NJDevils that are interesting and offer some humor to lighten up the mood before the Devils officially drop the puck on 2019 come October.

Goaltender Keith Kinkaid may have received a helpful hint for a mask to wear once the Devils take to the ice with their new Heritage Sweaters.

Check out Massachusets native, Brian Boyle, at the annual Jimmy Fund Radio “K” Cancer.

@Starpula had an amazing (throwback) reaction to the New Jersey teasing its fans about the unveiling of a third jersey.

The pickle juice tweets continued for the Devils and forward Blake Coleman. Apparently, the tooth fairy leaves behind pickle juice in addition to spare change.

The Miller’s made the best of times at the Devils Beach Bash.

In case fans were wondering, Kinkaid is excited about the Heritage Jersey …

Zajac received some airtime on the NHL Network and gave some input on the team’s successful 2018 campaign.

Kinkaid proved that he can make people smile even when he’s not on Twitter. The smiling youngster may have nicer shades than he, too.

Speaking of sunglasses and youngsters … amen.

Ken Daneyko and a few Riveters visited the Trenton Thunder on Hockey Night.

It’s hard to believe that Martin Brodeur was gone for four years…

This fan may have a valid point …

If Kinkaid rocks the Chico Resch themed mask, then maybe Cory Schneider can replicate Sean Burke’s mask from his Jersey days.
