Check out the New Jersey Devils top tweets from the month of July. There’s always a chance that more of Jersey’s fanbase could see their tweets in future ESNY posts.
It was a quiet month of July for the New Jersey Devils and company. Still, there’s always social media and more specifically, Twitter to turn to when it comes to conversing about New Jersey Devils hockey.
ESNY takes a look back at the top New Jersey Devils tweets from July. The posts aren’t just from the team’s official Twitter account, either.
There are a handful of tweets from dedicated fans that more than likely also used the hashtag #NJDevils, that are interesting and offer some humor to lighten up the mood for a not-so-intriguing New Jersey Devils offseason in 2018.
Here are the top tweets from July:
A glimpse at the future between the pipes, already? The Devils posted this tribute towards the team’s prospects between the pipes from this summer’s Developmental Camp.

Matthew Kass made the list in large part thanks to his awesome Albany River Rats sweater. Does anyone else miss that nickname and logo?
Big thanks to @NJDevils prospects @colby_sissons and @_tysmith_24 for the photo op after today’s 3-on-3 tournament challenge! #NJDevCamp pic.twitter.com/xm2PRWZuoK

Perhaps Jersey’s team will be seeing more and similar photos in the near future, except on a much bigger stage at the Prudential Center. Either way, a photo that’s deserving for July’s list.
Congrats to Team Elias on taking home the hardware at the #NJDevCamp 3-on-3! pic.twitter.com/yRkUJdJtAe

Development Camp also paid homage to the NHL’s Networks future on-air talent. Jackie Redmond and Jamie Hersch both shared their kind words and wishes for the youngster, too.

Fans will more than likely see this sweater at the Rock often this season, but Jersey’s faithful saw it here first.
Had a great time at #NJDevCamp earlier today. I would like to thank @KenDaneykoMSG & Sergei Brylin for your autographs on my jersey. Can't ask for any better @NJDevils players to start the jersey with. #IsItOctoberYet pic.twitter.com/M7Ypb3fBgv

Jim Biringer displayed that he knows exactly how to have a solid outing in the summer season when there’s no more Devils hockey to be played.

Prospect, Jeremy Davies, can’t wait to be a New Jersey Devil after he enjoyed camp earlier in July.
Always a fun time in Jersey. Cant wait to be back next year @NJDevils pic.twitter.com/Mz4CxhofWH

This list wouldn’t be possible without NHL goaltender and Emoji Extraordinaire, Keith Kinkaid.
Happy #WorldEmojiDay everyone ! ?????????????

The New Jersey Devils and the Rock should get used to seeing this sight more often…and of course, after Taylor Hall, and 2018 Hart Memorial Trophy winner, signs his contract-extension in the near future.

I’m sure this young fan and “Dad” would never have expected to have this photo go this far…

You had to figure that former New Jersey Devils defenseman, Jon Merill, would be back in Devils conversation somehow. Even if it is something humorous such as this tweet from Devils Insiders.
Happy Saturday, #NJDevils fans!

Now, this is just too funny. But most of New Jersey is probably also hoping that no one actually purchases that Devils hat to keep that classic story alive and up against the Stanley Cup champion, Washington Capitals.
Reagan National Airport, airport of the WORLD CHAMPION WASHINGTON CAPITALS and the only hockey merch they have belongs to the New Jersey Devils?

Should Taylor Hall consider this style until New Jersey extends his current contract? No, his contract doesn’t expire in 2020, but he could have that hairdo as soon as the beginning of 2020-21 rolls around, or sooner.

Clearly, this fan bleeds Devils hockey.

Thanks to the NHL Network and Scott Stevens, things will end on this note.
