The last time the Rangers were in Chicago we were treated to one of the best games of the 2016-2017 season. The Rangers won that game in overtime thanks to a goal from Nick Holden and a 26-save from Antti Raanta.
Fast-forward to this season, the Rangers are riding a season-high six-game winning streak and will look to extend it against a Chicago team that has won just four of their last 10. They last played against the Devils where they fell lost 7-5 despite jumping out to an early 4-2 lead.

Shattenkirk went on to talk about the Rangers struggles early in the season. “The tough part for me was to simplify even more and get a good shift where you have a couple of good passes and get off the ice.”
