Robby Fabbri scored two goals on a night the St. Louis Blues skated into The Rock and knocked off the New Jersey Devils by a final of 4-1.
- New Jersey Devils 1 (12-9-6, 30 pts)
- St. Louis Blues 4 (16-8-4, 36 pts)
- NHL, Final, Box Score
- Prudential Center, Newark, NJ
In came the St. Louis Blues and out went two points for the New Jersey Devils.
Squaring off against one of the better NHL teams, the Devils struggled all night in the lopsided 4-1 loss. The offense only managed 18 shots on Blues goaltender Jake Allen, who stopped all but one.
The lone Devils goal came courtesy of P.A. Parenteau who found the back of the net in the second period to cut the Blues lead to 2-1.

For St. Louis, Robby Fabbri collected two goals, one to kick things off just 1:40 into the contest and another to cap it off 11:24 into the final period. Ryan Reaves scored his first of the season (which turned out to be the eventual game-winner) and Jaden Schwartz collected his 11th on the power-play.
Amazingly, the loss for the Devils ends their undefeated record at home this season. Next up for New Jersey will be a date in Manhattan on Sunday as they’ll skate against the hated New York Rangers.
