The New York Rangers will be broadcast on NBC 15 times throughout the 2016-17 season. Ready yourselves for some bias announcing.

Ready yourselves for some Eddie, Doc, and Pierre, New York Rangers fans.

The Blueshirts will be broadcast on NBC and the NBC Sports Network 15 times next season.

Knifed, dragged, walked on, skittered, mopped, rifled, hammered, and all of Mike “Doc” Emrick’s favorite action words will be heard on a plethora of occasions.

It also means that fans will have to listen to Eddie Olczyk’s biased comments and Pierre McGuire’s useless comments about junior hockey players.

Having said that, it’s great to see that the Rangers will be on national television on more than a few occasions, and listening to Doc is always entertaining.

Not only is he the best in the business, but he is an eloquent speaker.

I've been a die hard Rangers and Giants fan for as long as I can remember. I enjoy sharing opinions, and hearing from fans that love their teams just as much as I do. Henrik Lundqvist makes all of us look like mere mortals. E-mail me at: Chris.Wengert@elitesportsny.com
