New York Mets First Round Pick Has The ‘Flow’ To Fit In

The New York Mets finally signed first round draft pick Anthony Kay, whose flowing hair should fit in with the rest of the rotation.

Attention Jacob deGrom, Noah Syndergaard, and the members of the New York Mets starting five: there’s a new flow on the block.

That flow belongs to first round pick Anthony Kay, who has officially signed with the Mets for $1.1 million after a mild stalemate. The 21 year old UConn product will probably require a few seasons in the minors before he’s ready for the show. However, the thought of Kay, Syndergaard and deGrom all in the same rotation make for arguably the best looking hair of any starting staff in the game.

Kay, who attended the same high school as Steven Matz, should consider his fellow alumnus to grow his hair out. I mean, it would certainly give the rotation an interesting look to say the least.

By the time Kay reaches the majors, the rotation could look awfully different. Regardless, we can at least imagine three out of every five (or six) starters having a unique look when they take the hill.
