Immediately following the game, MSG Networks will be airing the New York Rangers 1994 Stanley Cup Champions episode of ‘Defining Moments’.

“And this one will last a lifetime!”
It was the phrase belted by one (Sam Rosen) and echoed by millions. When the New York Rangers won the Stanley Cup in Game 7 of the 1994 finals against Pavel Bure and the Vancouver Canucks, a party was on. A party, by the way, an incredible 54-years in the making.
Mark Messier, Brian Leetch, Mike Richter, and Adam Graves were just four of a collection of Blueshirts who had done the impossible – capturing a championship for the Big Apple, for diehards who had already given up hope on witnessing such a thing prior to death.
Luckily for all of us, MSG Networks will air the greatest of the Garden Defining Moments tonight: the 1994 New York Rangers Stanley Cup Championship. It’ll air following the postgame of the Rangers-Vancouver Canucks game.
Here’s a little sneak peak to wet your whistle:
Leetch, Messier, and Graves on what it was like in the final seconds of the ’94 NHL Finals. Watch tonight #onMSG https://t.co/OT4vNkeZnq
