Quarterback Blake Bortles is having a phenomenal sophomore campaign which only makes Hurns’ fantasy ceiling higher. Wide receiver Allen Robinson is viewed as the No. 1 wideout in Jacksonville, which makes Hurns the favorable option against teams with a good defense. If I was in need of a receiver, and saw that Hurns was available, I would immediately add him to my team.
