Los Angeles Angels stud outfielder, Mike Trout, recently surprised a young fan who is suffering with a brittle bone disease.

His name is Tucker Vasher from Michigan and he suffers from brittle bone disease (Osteogenesis Imperfecta).

It’s a debilitating disease that forces bones in the body to break easily.

Vasher, who is a diehard Los Angeles Angels and Mike Trout fan, received one of the best thrills of his young life recently.

Just days prior to Tucker heading in for surgery, he found a box in the mail. This box was no ordinary box. Instead, it was a gift from the reigning AL MVP himself.

Vasher found that Trout had sent him his personal bat and game worn gloves. On the bat Trout wrote “Tucker, get well soon.”

“This is like the the greatest day of my life,” Vasher said.

The two regularly Tweet one another, continuing an unusual yet so phenomenal friendship.
