New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley isn’t totally pleased when it comes to some of his ratings in the new Madden 20 video game.

On Monday, Madden NFL 20 released the full ratings for players. New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley received a 91 rating, which was the highest on Big Blue.

However, it was only the fifth-highest when it comes to NFL running backs. Todd Gurley (97), Ezekiel Elliot (94), Le’Veon Bell (92) and Melvin Gordon (92) were all rated higher than Barkley.

In an interview with Brandon London of the Giants official website, Barkley spoke on his new Madden rating.

“The strength (rating) is disrespectful,” Barkley said. “An 81 is crazy.”

Barkley also spoke on his 95-rating as a ball-carrier, asking “I had zero fumbles last year, so it should be 99, right?”

No, he’s not exactly pleased with the ratings. However, it seems Barkley is more focused on actual, real football than a virtual platform of the sport.

“At the end of the day, it don’t really matter,” Barkley stated. “It’s a game. If anything, I just got to go crazy next year to get [higher] ratings.”

When asked about when Barkley will be featured on the cover of a Madden, the Giants running back said: “hopefully soon.”

In his rookie year, Barkley rushed for 1,307 yards with 11 touchdowns. He also caught 91 balls for 721 yards and four touchdowns through the air. His 2,028 yards led the NFL. These efforts propelled him to win the Pepsi Rookie of the Year, the AP Offensive Rookie of the year, FedEx Ground Player of the Year and his first Pro Bowl nod.
