The New York Rangers hit Hockeytown on Thursday night as they take on the Detroit Red Wings at Little Caesars Arena. The Blueshirts are coming off a 1-0 loss to the Dallas Stars on Tuesday night.

Henrik Lundqvist will make his 850th career NHL appearance with Thursday night’s start in Detroit. This will make him only the third goaltender in NHL history to appear in at least 850 games for one team (Martin Brodeur, Tony Esposito).
Following their game in Detroit, the team will fly back to New York and play the New Jersey Devils on Saturday evening at Madison Square Garden.
