New York Rangers players have enjoyed a busy summer off-Broadway as many have participated in a few different events all across the world.

The New York Rangers have had a busy month of July. Well, at least many of them.

Participating in a variety of different events from weddings to trips to NYC and even a fishing trip, the Blueshirts are enjoying their time this summer.

The team celebrated a wedding in July as forward Jesper Fast and defenseman Kevin Shattenkirk each tied the Knot in summer ceremonies.

Jesper Fast married his fiancé Amanda Lindbergh with teammates Mika Zibanejad, Mats Zuccarello and Henrik Lundqvist in attendance.

About a week later, Kevin Shattenkirk married his longtime girlfriend Deanna Abbey. Kevin Hayes, Brady Skjei, Jimmy Vesey, Chris Kreider and head coach David Quinn were all there to celebrate the defenseman’s big day.

Vitali Kravtsov enjoyed his time in New York following the NHL Draft. The first round draft pick was in the city as he and other Rangers prospects were in town for the team’s development map.

The Rangers ninth overall pick looked to have some fun as fun traveling to different spots in the city that never sleeps. Kravtsov is back playing in the KHL but has aspirations to possibly returning to North America in February when his season concludes.

Lias Andersson and Filip Chytil spent summertime at the Junior Rangers camp working and playing with the campers. The pair of 2017 NHL Entry Draft selections, kids themselves, are preparing for the first season with the Blueshirts.

The campers enjoyed their time ice as the players skated in drills with the kids as they got to appreciate the time they had with the centers.

What kind of summer would it be without a little Mats Zuccarello news? The ‘hobbit’ was busy not only attending Jesper Fast’s wedding, but he found some time to take a fishing trip in Lofoten, Svolvaer.

When looking at the pretty funny image, one has to think that this could be a dig towards the New York Islanders fisherman logo days. Pretty nice fish he caught, let’s hope he can catch some scoring opportunities this season as well.
