On this edition of the New York Rangers Blueshirt Beat, we take a look at all of the 2018 Stanley Cup odds and where Broadway fits in.
It looks like the Pittsburgh Penguins are the team to beat again. At least that is what Jim Cerny of the Sporting News is reporting in his column.
Cerny reports that Westgate has the Pens a 6/1 favorite to three-peat as champions. The New York Rangers are 16/1, sitting in 12th place.
In the words of Han Solo, “Never tell me the odds.”
Newly Acquired Ranger defenseman Anthony DeAngelo participated in a charity hockey game over the weekend. He posted this picture on his Instagram account. Looking forward to seeing pictures of him in his No. 77 jersey skating for the Rangers next month.

Old Time Hockey
Rick Carpiniello retweeted a great video of footage from a 1930s hockey game between the New York Rangers and Montreal Canadiens. Its a vintage black and white video, old time hockey at its best. Great way to look at how hockey has changed over the last 80 years.
