The New York Giants select cornerback Julian Love with the 108th pick in the NFL draft.

The New York Giants continue to bolster their defense by selecting Notre Dame cornerback Julian Love in the fourth round (108th overall) in the 2019 NFL Draft.

With the selection of Love, four of the Giants first five draft picks have been on the defensive side of the ball.

The 5-foot-11, 193-pound Love was a three-year starter at Notre Dame where he registered 176 tackles and five interceptions (two of which he ran back for touchdowns).

He was a Consensus All-American in 2018 and some felt he should have been taken in the second round. For the Giants to get a player of this caliber in the fourth round is a great value.

Expect Julian Love to make is contributions with the New York Giants on special teams in 2019 along with being in the nickel and dime packages.

Jason's first love was football while growing up in northern New Jersey. For the past three years, he has covered the New York Giants, as well as several boxing events along the East Coast.
