Enes Kanter and Giannis Antetokounmpo tangled on Thursday night and Knicks star Kristaps Porzingis had some thoughts on the altercation.
Enes Kanter isn’t one to back down. The Knicks big man was involved in a staredown with Giannis Antetokounmpo after Kanter delivered a hard shot to Antetokounmpo on a drive. The Greek Freak didn’t like the move and bumped Kanter on his way down the court.

Kanter isn’t the superstar that Antetokounmpo is so he received the punishment. The referees ejected New York’s center and his postgame reaction in the locker room is classic Enes.

Although Kanter was feigning ignorance about his ejection in his postgame comments, he wasn’t entirely happy with how things transpired. He was heated in the locker room, but mostly about a Milwaukee Bucks assistant coach, Darvin Ham, who made contact with him.
Kanter livid in locker room. Off camera, came up to 2 reporters to complain about Bucks assistant coach Darvin Ham going on court to knock him from behind during melee.

And Kanter wasn’t the only Knick who wasn’t happy with the move by Ham. Kristaps Porzingis took to Instagram to call out the actions by the Bucks assistant coach.

Porzingis and Kanter clearly believe that Ham went over the line with his actions. The scuffle ultimately didn’t lead to anything serious, but things could have escalated had Kanter retaliated against Ham.
In all likelihood, Ham’s intent was to break up the scuffle, but he hits Kanter with a shoulder that could have set things off. Thankfully, Kanter is usually more bark than bite. He likes to talk trash and mix things up, but he’s smart enough to avoid throwing punches that would lead to a lengthy suspension.
