Today’s New York Yankees news is all about the workout. Let’s take a glance at what some of these Yankees are doing to stay in shape this offseason.

There truly is #NoOffseason for the New York Yankees. In order to remain competitive in a game that can be incredibly unforgiving, the only thing left to do is to work hard to keep your job.

Giancarlo Stanton has yet to play a game in pinstripes and yet he’s already leading the way with his incredibly impressive workouts so far. His latest is both terrifying to watch and yet, we can’t seem to look away.

Stanton…we see you. In fact, we’re standing here, slack-jawed at this latest display of outstanding strength. Posted on his Instagram and shared to his Twitter page, Stanton made sure that the entire world knows that he’s not slowing down.

But Stanton wasn’t the only one on display with his workout feats. Even though Aaron Hicks was labeled the starting center fielder prior to the Stanton signing, he still has some competition in his way.

So, what does he do? Well, he starts getting swole.

Posted on Hicks’ personal Instagram, he looks absolutely shredded. I mean, we’ve only seen Stanton and Hicks display their workouts. What about Aaron Judge, Brett Gardner or Jacoby Ellsbury? The plot thickens, especially if Ellsbury wants to win back his starting center field position.

CC Sabathia is also getting in on the game, being feature on the MLB Instagram story this morning. In his own personal Instagram story, Sabathia leads us through his whole intense workout. That can be seen here.

The workouts are only getting started. I guarantee that in a few weeks more Yankees are going to be displaying their talents on social media, making it impossible for anyone with a pulse to not be excited.

The workouts are coming, ladies and gentleman. Be ready because the Yankees are not here to mess around.
