The New York Knicks and Frank Ntilikina (Ntilinka) Off to a Rough Start

The New York Knicks can not seem to spell their own first-round pick’s name, Frank Ntilikina (Ntilinka), correctly.

Frank Ntilikina. N-T-I-L-I-K-I-N-A.

This is certainly not the easiest name to spell, but if you are the team that drafted him in the first-round, you should probably get it right.

Check out the tweet above. In a mistake that screams New York Knicks, the Knicks printed Ntilikina’s name incorrectly on his jersey.

And guess what? Phil Jackson actually had nothing to do with it so yeah, you cannot blame Phil for this one.

Hopefully, the Knicks will spell Ntilikina’s name correctly when the team begins their season later this year. I mean, the team seemed to manage the name of Kristaps Porzingis just fine and that was two difficult names. Good thing Ntilikina’s first name is simply “Frank.”

Oh, the pain that is being a New York Knickerbockers fan. You just can’t make this stuff up.
