The Dallas Cowboys have asked the NFL to investigate the use of a walkie-talkie by New York Giants head coach Ben McAdoo.
Chalk this one up as weird and we’re not even discussing deflation or footballs.
After Sunday night’s 10-7 loss to the New York Giants, the Dallas Cowboys are asking the NFL to investigate something.
Head coach Ben McAdoo was seen using a walkie-talkie on the sideline during a portion of the game. This happened because he had lost communication with Eli Manning. In fact, Odell Beckham Jr. was used to run from the sideline to the huddle to communicate a lot of the plays.
Eli Manning's headset must not be working. Odell Beckham is getting the play from the sideline, then bringing it to Manning.

Even with OBJ acting as the high school play run-in guy, McAdoo was seen using the walkie-talkie.
The Cowboys want answers as to why this was the case, per 105.3 The Fan.
When the play clock hits 15 seconds, the NFL cuts off in-helmet communication. When one team’s communication gets cut off, the other’s is automatically shut off.
To be honest, this is much to do about nothing, but time will tell.
