Michael Grabner continued his superhuman effort in Edmonton as he tallied two more goals in the New York Rangers 3-1 victory.

At this point in time, there isn’t much left to say about Michael Grabner. The 30-year old who flew under-the-radar this past summer collected two more goals against the Edmonton Oilers on Sunday night. His season total now sits at an amazing 10. Through 16 games, he’s tied for second in the NHL in goal scoring.
The team as a whole wasn’t overly dominating. In fact, it was the young Oilers who outshot New York by a final of 39-27. But in the end, the Rangers came out victorious by the final of 3-1.
This was while playing with only 11 forwards thanks to the late scratches of Chris Kreider and Pavel Buchnevich.
Both Grabner and Dan Girardi scored in the first period to push the Blueshirts lead to 2-0. They never relinquished the lead.

Then, in the second period after Andrej Sekera cut the lead to one late in the first, Grabner left no doubt:
There are no words right now. This guy is playing out of his mind. Second tonight, 10th of the season. 3-1 #NYR. #MichaelGrabner pic.twitter.com/tCVUOycvpd

Kevin Hayes, Kevin Klein, J.T. Miller, and Rick Nash all picked up assists. Antti Raanta cruised to the victory stopping 38 of the 39 shots he faced.
Next up for New York will be a trip to Vancouver to take on the Canucks Tuesday night.
