The New York Giants will be without Rashad Jennings against the Minnesota Vikings; Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie expected to play.
Eli Manning and the New York Giants will face the Minnesota Vikings vaunted defense tonight without Rashad Jennings, according to ESPN’s Jordan Raanan.
A tall order for the Giants tonight. That doesn't mean you should count them out. Not by a long shot.#NYG #NYGvsMIN pic.twitter.com/zT908ihsM6

That’s a significant blow to an offense already without Shane Vereen. Big Blue has to wear down Minnesota’s defensive line and the sturdy, experienced Jennings was their best bet. Orleans Darkwa will get the start at running back with Bobby Rainey and rookie Paul Perkins rotating in to complement him. Darkwa will have to be huge tonight.
On the defensive side of the ball, CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie is expected to play, albeit in a limited capacity.

Limited will have to do as the New York Giants secondary has been besieged by recent injuries. Safeties Darian Thompson and Nat Berhe are also out, as well as rookie CB Eli Apple. Trevin Wade and undrafted rookie free agent Andrew Adams are expected to fill in.
Big Blue is still strong up front. They’re giving up 77 yards per game rushing, fourth in the NFL. The front four can mask injuries in the secondary by stuffing the run and getting pressure on Sam Bradford.
