If the New York Mets want to win their home-opening series, they’ll need to shut the door on the fightin’ Phillies.

Well it’s safe to say that the New York Mets dropped a terrible game last night.
While the offense was completely missing, they did receive great starting pitching and some much-needed solidarity from the bullpen.
Sunday, the “Dark Knight” Matt Harvey looks to squash the Phillies and put an end to New York’s one game losing streak.
Listen, Harvey didn’t exactly struggle in his first start of the season. Against the Kansas City Royals he gave up 3 earned runs in 5.2 innings pitched, which isn’t all that bad.
Still, he’s not only expected to lead the ball club but also the staff of amazin’ pitchers with his prowess.
It’s time for the Dark Knight to earn his first win of the season.
It’s also time for Yoenis Cespedes and Curtis Granderson to earn their money and start swinging their respective bats.
Grandy and Yo: It’s time to snap out of this funk.
What better way to right the ship than against the (less-than) helpless Philadelphia Phillies?
