In the first quarter of the New York Knicks return to action, young Kristaps Porzingis has collected three blocks against the Nets In Brooklyn.
The NBA is finally back. After a week off (why they take a full week I’ll never know), the New York Knicks have returned to action in Brooklyn as they take on the Nets.
Though the head coach is now different, in Kurt Rambis, their young rookie sensation Kristaps Porzingis looks awfully familiar.
In the first quarter against the Nets, Porzingis has collected three blocks (video above). He’s abused Thaddeus Young not once, not twice, but for all three of those rejections.
If you look closely, there’s one thing different about KP. He’s no longer wearing that black compression undershirt he’s been forced to sport thanks to the upper respiratory infection he suffered back in December.
The Knicks currently hold a six point lead in the early stages of the second quarter.
