In the first half of the New York Knicks MLK Day matinee game against the Philadelphia 76ers, young Kristaps Porzingis hammered one home with authority.

Check out this one folks (video above).

The highlight reel on the rookie season for young Kristaps Porzingis just keeps on growing. Today, it seemed the entire Philadelphia 76ers team took the abuse.

Like a gazelle, Porzingis cut from half-court and received a spot-on pass from Jose Calderon just below the three-point line.

Not even one dribble was needed to slam this one home with as much authority as we’ve seen from the 20-year old baller this year.

The New York Knicks and 76ers are currently locked in a semi-sloppy game nearing the end of the first quarter. It’s a special MLK Day matinee game at Madison Square Garden – a tradition that has continued since the 1980s.
