The New York Islanders are now an astounding 8-1-0 this season when they tally three or more goals in a game. It’s simply amazing what happens when a team buries the puck in the back of the opponents net.

They picked up their eighth win in that category on Friday night in Anaheim as they took down the Ducks 4-1. Tonight, they’ll look to turn that solid victory into another when the young Arizona Coyotes visit the Barclays Center.

“Goals have been hard to come by for everyone a little bit here. To put four on the board was good for us,” said Anders Lee, who had two assists. “Especially on the road, far away from home at the end of the trip here against a good team.”

The goalie matchup will most likely feature the recently struggling Mike Smith and Jaroslav Halak, who rested Friday night.

Puck drop comes your way at 7:00 PM ET.
