Hearing the annoyance of a diehard Los Angeles Lakers fan all afternoon, New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony calls him out after victory.

To be yelled at, heckled, booed, and downright tortured is just part of the game. It comes with the territory when you’re an NBA player.

Guys who call the NFL, or NHL their home get a bit of a reprieve in this area. These guys aren’t so close to the fans.

In the NBA, however, it’s a whole different ballgame. Fans are literally on top of basketball superstars. They can say pretty much whatever they want all while being an eyelash away from the player.

New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony knows all about it. During Sunday’s 99-95 victory over Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers, Melo let the world know just how solid he was heckled all game by providing a quick shout-out to a couple of his haters on that particular day (video above).
