Game 1 of 82 gets underway tonight as the New York Rangers travel to Chicago to take on the defending Stanley Cup Champion Blackhawks.

At 33-years of age Henrik Lundqivst fully understands his chances to capture that elusive Stanley Cup Championship are dwindling each time he takes the ice.
After four years of coming oh-so-close, Lundqvist and the rest of the New York Rangers will take the ice tonight for game No. 1 of 82 of a brand-spanking new NHL season.
They’ll once again start the season in the home of the Stanley Cup Champions.

Just as they did last year in Los Angeles, they’ll watch the banner be lifted this season in Chicago.
